I know there are many ways on how to make passive income online. I will briefly list them and point you to the right passive income sources. First, let us understand active income vs passive income.

What is Active Income?

This is fund you only receive after you have put in the required efforts into a specified job or work. For example, as an employee of a company you will be paid for the number of hours you work. A cab driver will be paid based on the service he renders.  That is to say active income is directly hinged on the efforts you put in a job or service at all times.

What is Passive Income?

This is fund you continue to receive from an investment after the initial cost and efforts have been expended on the work. It is the best source of income because you make money without having to work again.
